Quick-bite Asian spots, food courts and asian fast-food counters are built for speed: order at the counter, pay up front, and food usually comes out within a few minutes. Combo meals with a main, a side and a drink are common and generally the best value. Food courts and food halls group several counters under one roof and let you mix orders from different vendors at shared seating, which is useful for groups with different cravings. Noodle shops and dumpling counters often sell by the dozen or by weight rather than as fixed plates, so check the board before ordering. Most of these spots take cards and mobile pay, and tipping is optional at counter service, though a jar for the staff is common.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 amβ8:30 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 139 reviews, which is a strong result for a food court in Chicago and suggests consistent service.

Extremely disgusting place. The food court is filthy I can't even imagine what the kitchens look like. No idea how the health department allows this place to be open.

This is a review for Gourmet Duck, the dumpling place on the back wall you may see other reviews for. These are absolutely the best dumplings and potstickers iβve had and you can see the two ladies working really take their time and make everything fresh! If you come here please be patient, the food may take a few minutes but is well worth the wait. Each time I come to Chinatown I make sure to stop here for food. Avoid on really busy days such as lunar new year parade for example. Really great north eastern cuisine and done with care π₯

I have been wanting to try this for a while and I finally was able to. There are a few options for for food, one option for bubble tea and a few other businesses as well. I went on a weekday so most of the places were closed. I ended up getting dumplings from gourmet duck and it was delicious!!

Potato noodles are great, really authentic just like how it is in China. BBQβs meat is not that fresh but the flavor is good.
